The College of Administration is one of the colleges that was established at Bright Star University in Brega by Cabinet Resolution No. 689 for the year 2015 AD regarding amending a provision related to Bright Star University, which came in response to the tireless efforts of the people  of this region, as it aims to graduate scientific competencies specialized in administrative fields. Engineering to meet the requirements of community development plans.
With the continuous increase in high school graduates and in pursuit of scientific renaissance and economic prosperity for the state and in response to the desire of officials and citizens of the city of Brega, to cover the labor market in the region with qualified human capabilities and in support of the leadership role of the academic university work in the field of science and knowledge, and in recognition of the importance of the city of Brega in achieving the state’s economic goals, the college received the first batch of its students at the beginning of the 2015/2016 academic year.
